Fitness & Conditioning Program
At Youth Soccer International, we understand that now more than ever, kids need an outlet to be active and outdoors. Our Fitness & Conditioning class will help your child perform better in any sport. Through fun games and activities, your child will work on improving their speed, strength and agility.
Program Details:
- 9 or 10 weeks (4/5- 6/12)
- No Practice on 5/31
- Born between 2008 and 2013
- Location: Hawthorne Scholastic Academy (LakeView)
- Once per week (players may register for multiple days)
- Coach to player ratio: 1:8
