Winter Fitness & Conditioning Classes

At Youth Soccer International, we understand that now more than ever, kids need an outlet to be active and outdoors. Our Fitness & Conditioning class will help your child perform better in any sport. Through fun games and activities, your child will work on improving their speed, strength and agility.

Program Details:
  • 7 weeks (11/9 - 1/13)
  • No Class 11/21-11/28 & 12/19-1/2
  • Born between 2008 and 2012
  • Certified & Experienced Coaches

  • YSI's Approach to outdoor play during the winter will track the Chicago Public Schools’ Cold Weather Guidelines for Outdoor Recess "Above 32 degrees F with or without wind chill: Recess should be held outdoors. Between 31 degrees F and 15 degrees F with or without wind chill: Principal (YSI) discretion" Our Winter registration will include a two part registration (each part will cover 7 weeks). In the event of inclement weather cancelations, a pro-rated credit will be applied towards the next season's registration if we are unable to reschedule it for a later date
  • All classes are subject to cancellation before program start date due to registration numbers
  • Classes are non refundable after player completes the first class
